Our Mission
is to create an exceptional student experience through student focused programs, services, and advocacy.
Our vision
is to empower our student community to succeed in a changing world.
We strive to do this as an active member of the Sheridan community, facilitating opportunities for student leadership, and creating strategic partnerships to improve the quality of life on campus.

Our students face many challenges in and out of the classroom and there is a growing need for support to ensure our students feel safe and we provide them with a level of well-being that allows them to achieve their goals.

Providing opportunities for students to learn and grow, not only as individuals but also as members of a community is an important part of our role.

Executive Team
Your Executive Team works with SSU departments and other student leaders to advocate for the best student experience at Sheridan College.
“In this role, I will be working closely with students, both domestic and international students, to support them on their academic journey at Sheridan.”

“My goal this year is to make new connections and help as many students, especially those who are international, find a sense of community within the clubs available at our campuses.”
“My goals for this year are to increase the impact of clubs across all three campus' by supporting the existing clubs and helping the prospective clubs gain their footing. I hope to help the students find the clubs they are passionate about and if those clubs don't exist yet to help them create the club of their dreams.”
“Having been the Vice-President for the Hazel McCallion Dungeons and Dragons Club and a barista at the SSU's Station Express café, my involvement and familiarity of both the SSU and it's clubs inspired me to take a more active role within it's system.”
“My main goal would be to have more initiatives on campus for students to engage with the clubs and actively participate in their activities throughout the year.”

Your Creative Team creates all the cool visuals, graphics, and video for the SSU
[This year I'm] prioritizing student lifestyle and SSU events. I capture candid photographs of students being themselves around Sheridan’s Trafalgar, Davis, and Hazel McCallion campuses.
I'm Isie, and I'm a Junior Designer here at the SSU. I create lots of fun and funky graphic designs that are used for logos, events, social media, swag and more!
I help film and edit fun SSU events to showcase why Sheridan and the SSU are such a amazing community! I'm so excited to be apart of this amazing team!
