Days are getting busier and exams are just around the corner. We all know you're stressing out with those last minute assignments and deadlines.

It's important to free your mind, body & spirit. On April 13th join us for our Stretch Out Your Stress Event that incorporates the peacefulness practice of YOGA!

Experience 2 sessions of yoga with YogaFest Canada! They will guide each of you into conscious movements that inspire mindful living! Limited spaces are available! All attendees will receive a yoga mat.

 Come relax your body and mind on this last stretch of school.
