What is the purpose of SafeWalk?

Safe Walk is our campus buddy system offered to all Sheridan students. We want you to feel safe on campus, and there's safety in numbers! If you're studying late, leaving a night class, or heading home from a pub night, you can just give us a call, and we'll send out two members of our SafeWalk team (male & female) to walk you anywhere on campus.

Where will SafeWalk Teams Escort?

Safe Walk teams will walk around campus throughout their shift. They will gladly meet you anywhere listed below:
• Parking lots
• Residence area
• On campus paths
• Hallways
• Outside of Sheridan Buildings

What you need to know...

*Safe Walk teams will not enter any classrooms, washrooms, or on campus bars to pick up students.
*Safe Walk teams will not leave the boundaries of Sheridan College Davis and Trafalgar Campus.
*A valid OneCard must be shown when you meet with the team.

Outside emergency phones are tall, cylinder-shaped blue towers located along pathways and near parking lots.
