“My designation will be the Board Of Directors, I faced various challenges as an international student and I do not want upcoming students to face the same issues. With my Marketing mindset, I bring a strategic mindset to the Board to identify each and every need and concern of the student body. I will work tirelessly to make the student experience more engaging, affordable and inclusive at Sheridan community.”
What is your goal as a member of the Board this year?
“I have plenty of short and long time goals which I will be working hard to achieve, though the ultimate goal is to make a real difference within the Sheridan student community.”
What was your first memory of the SSU? How did you discover that the SSU existed for student support?
“I visited the SSU office with one of my friends and that day, I discovered the moment where I could present myself creatively.”
Are you a part of any SSU clubs/ associations or volunteer work?
“I participated in Leadership Bridge Program and this is my second but most favourite involvement. Now I continue to keep myself engaged in all possible activities.”
What student issues, pressures or concerns directly impacted your experience at Sheridan so far?
“Off-Campus Accommodations, Food( Grocery Distribution), Bus-Pass Discounts and the most major concern job opportunities to cover all expenses and tuition fees.”
