Q: What are some of your goals for your role this year?
“"This year, I'm committed to fostering a sense of community and support among Sheridan students. As new students join, I aim to guide and assist them in a way that makes starting college smooth and sets them up for success throughout their time here. My focus is on creating a supportive community where everyone feels connected and ready for a great experience at Sheridan.”
Q: What program are you in? And why did you choose this program at Sheridan?
“I chose the Computer Programming program at Sheridan because I have a strong interest in coding and technology. Sheridan's program is known for its hands-on approach and practical projects, which I believe will give me the skills I need for a successful career in programming. The positive feedback from current and past students also influenced my decision. I'm excited to learn and grow in a supportive learning environment like Sheridan."

What was your first memory of the SSU? How did you discover that the SSU existed for student support?
“My first memorable encounter with the SSU was during the campus orientation. The vibrant atmosphere and engaging activities organized by the student union immediately caught my attention. It was through these events that I discovered the SSU's crucial role in providing support and fostering a sense of community for students. As I explored campus resources, the SSU's presence became even more apparent – from dedicated spaces to informative websites showcasing the array of services and events tailored to enhance the student experience. The inclusive and supportive environment created by the SSU became an integral part of my college journey.”

“I particularly enjoy the perks related to food discounts.”
