Tell us about you and your role at the SSU:

“I have a love for the art of service in food.
I always enjoyed working with the youth in my previous business's getting them ready for their next steps and showing them the importance of responsibilities.
What I'm looking forward to the most is spending the time with the students showing them responsibilities can also be fun.”

What are some of your goals for your role this year?

“1. Create proper procedures. 
2. Create proper flow of food.
3. Create proper structures.
4. Create schedules to maintain the kitchen, equipment and storage areas.
5. Instill knowledge and importance of food safety to all members.
6. Colour coordinating tools in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination.
7. Creating a rapport with both guest and staff, to make all three locations are as welcoming as they can be.”
