Food first
 

 

Due to increased demand and in consideration of available resources, we have updated our Food First support process. As of April 19, 2024, grocery cards will no longer be available upon request, therefore students will no longer be able to submit a request or apply for Food First support.

This partnership between Sheridan Student Union and Sheridan College Student Affairs remains committed to addressing food insecurity in our community and have optimized the process to better address individual student needs from a more holistic perspective.

If you have found yourself experiencing financial hardship that is impacting your academic or personal journey, please connect with a student advisor to discuss options by emailing: askanadvisor@sheridancollege.ca. If you are experiencing an immediate need beyond what we can provide at this time, you are encouraged to seek community resources (i.e. local food bank, community supports) where applicable in your area.Here are some resources and support available to you at Sheridan:
