"I'm an out of province student and booked my flight before the strike to go home for Christmas on December 16th like any normal person would. Now that Sheridan has confirmed that the week after that will be used as class time, I'm in an awful situation. They say they're going to accommodate people in my situation, but that means that I will be missing out on yet ANOTHER week of school just because of already booking my tickets. Probably most of the out of province students are in the same situation, which makes it not fair to us if other students who do not have to travel far get an extra week of school that we don't. If they can "accommodate" us, then they can accommodate everybody."
