“She is the best supervisor I ever worked with. The way she assigns a task and then walk us through the outcomes of it is amazing. Even if it is hard, she'll encourage us so much and make it sound so easy. I learnt a lot from her, for example, how to give positive feedback, be empathetic, appreciate people for their work and be a leader. Whenever I face something at work or in life and get nervous, I try to act like her and handle problems the way she would do. It is funny how my tone and working style changes to Natalie's. The skills that I developed under her supervision helped me get my dream job. Thanks a lot Natalie!”
