Here’s What You Should Know About AdvocART on Campus (ALL CAMPUSES)
This FREE event will take place on all Sheridan campuses from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the following dates:
Wednesday, November 12th @ C-Wing Atrium (Bar Nook) on HMC Campus
Thursday, November 13th @ SSU Atrium on Davis Campus
Friday, November 14th @ SSU Atrium on Trafalgar Campus
Open to Sheridan Students, Staff and Faculty.
Sheridan students must bring their OneCard.
All attendees will earn a certificate for their participation.
This event will be a combination of individual creativity and collective creativity. It will culminate with the creation of a single, striking, collaborative main canvas designed by all attendees. This final masterpiece will serve as a tangible, powerful representation of the collective student voice, earning a prominent and permanent display in SSU spaces.
By the end of the event, students will feel better equipped to know the value of advocacy and learn practical ways to advocate for themselves and others.
