“I am Vishwa, I’m a full time content creator on side as well and I’m currently the Social Media Coordinator at Sheridan Student Union (SSU). In this role, I’m responsible for managing and creating engaging content across SSU’s digital platforms.
Working with Sheridan Student Union gives me the opportunity to be part of something meaningful on campus. I love how SSU is all about supporting and empowering students — whether it’s through events, services, or simply creating a sense of community.
As someone who’s passionate about communication and creativity, I really enjoy using social media to bring people together, highlight student voices, and make sure important messages reach the right audience.”

Q: What are some of your goals for your role this year?
“My goal is to build an inclusive and vibrant online community that reflects the energy of Sheridan students. Whether it’s showcasing events, crafting digital campaigns, or highlighting student stories, I’m passionate about making sure SSU’s social presence truly connects with and supports our diverse student body.”
Q: What program are you in? And why did you choose this program at Sheridan?
“Currently enrolled in Human Resource Management, upon content creation I also have keen interest in management and business that was the core reason to get enrolled here.”

Q: What was your first memory of the SSU? How did you discover that the SSU existed for student support?
“When I arrived in canada and was my first day of college the SSU Staff really welcomed me with warm hear and kind words i was feeling so overwhelmed but talking to them made much of my questions answers so easier!”
