In need of clothes? We got you covered!

Dressed for Success is a community-led initiative where students, faculty, and staff can donate winter and/ or business casual clothing by dropping them in one of the SSU Clothing Donation bins located around campus. Our goal is to provide students with easy access to winter clothing to keep them warm during the frigid Canadian months, as well as business clothing so that they are ready for their interview, co-op position, or networking event!

You can check and grab what you need in our cabinets located at all three campuses for free! Whether you’re looking for something casual, formal, or an everyday clothing, we’ve got something for you. Visit our cabinets located on each campus:

DAVIS CABINET

The Dressed for Success cabinet at Davis campus is located at the Student Centre 1st flr.

 

HMC CABINET

The Dressed for Success cabinet at the HMC campus is located at the SSU Office (3rd flr).

 

TRAFALGAR CABINET

The Dressed for Success cabinet at the Trafalgar campus is located at the Student Centre Atrium across the Palgong Tea.

 

Want to donate clothes?

If you are looking for a place to donate your pre-loved clothes look no further! The Dressed for Success donation bins are located on every campus where you can drop-off items that you no longer use.

Dressed for Success Donation Bin Locations:

    • Located in the Atrium

    • Located in the B-Wing

    • Located in the A-Wing (3rd flr)

    • Located in the Student Centre

    • Located in the B-Wing at Trafalgar Campus

What can I donate?

 You can donate any of the following, but are not limited to:

• Tops
• Winter hats, mitts and gloves
• Boots
• Scrubs and lab coats

• Dress shoes
• Blazers
• Dresses
• Pants

All clothes must be bagged before putting them in the bin. Please do not leave any items outside our donation bins and ensure clothes are dry and clean before dropping them in the bin. All clothes will be collected and sanitized once a month.
