Our goal is to foster a safe space for women within BFTV and other media-related programs to feel welcome, feel heard and feel empowered to exercise their voices. By creating a community of women, we create a space that exists outside the subtle and pervasive sexism that governs much of our industry. Without those pressures, we believe the women in our club will flourish and will take their newfound confidence with them into the classroom and out into the industry.
