Coffee Talks aim to bring students together to have important conversations and find peer support. Grab a coffee and join the Sheridan Athletics Team and discuss the importance of meaningful social connections and the impact loneliness can have on life as a student.
Find out how to reverse feelings of loneliness and share your experiences on how to build healthy social connections. We will also discuss how to make a meaningful social connection by listening, advising and showing understanding to others.
Coffee Talks are a safe space to join the conversation, ask questions, or just listen in to gain new perspectives.
