There are many benefits to working out at home that you may not have not considered. As we spend more time at home, it’s important that you have ways to incorporate physical activity that you enjoy.
This session will be facilitated by Tamia from Sheridan Athletics and review some of the benefits of working out at home, and tips for creating and scaling an exercise program that works for you.
