Ramadan

Beginning of Ramadan

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting (sawm), prayer, reflection, and community. From dawn until sunset, adults fast from food and drink to cultivate self-discipline, gratitude, and spiritual growth, concluding with the festival of Eid al-Fitr.
