You’ve worked hard this year, and now it’s time to enjoy a well-deserved break. As the fall semester comes to an end, we wanted to wish you all a safe and happy holiday season!
Sheridan Student Union offices and customer service team will be available as follows:
Office Hours: The last day of open office hours is December 19th until 5:00 P.M. In-person office hours will resume on January 5th, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
Virtual Hours: From December 22 - December 23, our Customer Service Representatives will be available virtually. Our last day of virtual hours will be December 23 from 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Feel free to contact us here. Virtual chat and email contact will resume on January 5th, 2026.
Our Spaces: Our spaces at Trafalgar, HMC and Davis campuses (The Marquee, The Station and The Den and all of our hangout and lounge spaces) will remain open until December 19, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Food Services: The last day of operations for all the food services in the SSU spaces will be on December 12, 2025.
However, we still have several services available to you over the holidays.

Your StudentCare Health and Dental plan Change of Coverage period runs from Wednesday January 5, 2026 to Wednesday January 23, 2026.

If you are looking to file an appeal, please do so by submitting a Level 1 Appeal form, and if you need help filling out the form Check out Guide.
Students MUST submit a Level 1 Academic Appeal Form within five (5) business days of being notified of the academic decision they want to appeal.
Please note that Sheridan Student Services will be closed from December 20, 2025 to January 4, 2026.
Our offices will be open as of January 5, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. EST. Don’t forget to check out our website to see all the fun events we have planned for your return in January.
Questions or concerns about grades
Your official grades will be available on January 3, 2026, along with your academic standing. If you have any immediate questions or concerns about your grades, please contact your faculty member and/or visit the Student Advisement page.
