SSU Introduces Campus-wide Games for Students

Get Ready to Play: Ping Pong, Foosball and Carrom Games

You’ll always spot a few Sheridan students playing a fun round of ping pong at the HMC Student Centre. Want to join in on the fun at your campus? Learn how to get started today.

Sheridan Student Union spaces are now equipped with the coolest games on campus – ping pong, foosball, and even Carrom boards are here and ready to be played. Did you know that Carrom Boards are now on campus, all thanks to your valuable feedback? When you said you wanted more recreational games for a bit of fun between classes, your SSU Board of Directors made it happen.🏓

  • Ping Pong and Foosball tables can be found inside the Marquee at Trafalgar and outside the SSU Office at the HMC Student Centre. With The Den getting a upgrade, guess what's rolling into Davis soon? Yep, ping pong tables! Keep an eye out for the fun.

  • The Carrom Boards can be picked up and signed out from the SSU Offices at Davis, Trafalgar or HMC.

  • Just drop by the SSU office, and we can provide you with everything you need to jump into your competitive spirit.

What is Carrom and how do you play? Carrom is a tabletop game of Indian origin in which players flick discs, attempting to knock them to the corners of the board.
