Tell us about you and your role at the SSU:
“I work with the Senior Services Manager is helping to execute and provide a number of non-academic services, such as our Health and Dental plan, Legal service, Food First program and much more. I work with a wonderful team of students in providing front line service across 3 campuses to ensure that every student gets the answer that they need.
My team and I work to ensure we make all of our services accessible to all, constantly looking for ways to improve the quality and value of what Services we have to offer, and to fit the need and demographic of the Sheridan community.”
What are some of your goals for your role this year?
“I want to ensure that we make the Sheridan journey as memorable, easy, and fun as possible by improving and adapting the quality of our Services, ensuring that we provide great front line service.”
