I wanted the opportunity to make new friends/connections within the SSU and be able to socialize with others within the team about their experiences and how I will tailor my own experience towards the SSU. Q: What are some of your goals for your role this year?
“Some goals of mine this year are to step out of my comfort zone with producing content/materials, socializing and making new friends with my team, and overall, to have a fun and enjoyable experience.”
Q: What program are you in? And why did you choose this program at Sheridan?
“My program is Experiential Design at the Trafalgar Campus. I chose my program because I have always loved design in many ways, and I love creating designs, content, and experiences with my own twist on things for everyone to enjoy. I also love how my program is very diverse in the design field, which makes it more exciting to create work using many different realms.”
Q: What are 3 things on your bucket list?
really want to travel to the Philippines one day since I am half Filipino and have many family members there to visit.
I want to attend a hockey game, specifically the Toronto Maple Leafs, since I've grown up watching it on my television, and I want to experience it in real life.
Another item on my list is attending a Broadway show in New York with my family.
Q: What was your first memory of the SSU? How did you discover that the SSU existed for student support?
“My first big memory of the SSU was attending a concert at The Marquee in my first year at Sheridan in 2023. That event introduced me to one of my favourite artists today, named Mico, and I had such a fun time.”
Q: Which SSU Perk Partner is your personal favourite?
“My favourite SSU Perk Partner is definitely KungFu Tea since that is one of my favourite boba spots!”
Q: Are you a part of any SSU clubs/ associations or volunteer work?
“I am a co-president for the PixelPerfect club at the Trafalgar Campus and currently in my third year with the club.”
