Tell us about you and your role within the SU:

“As a Board of Director at the Sheridan Student Union, I’m excited to represent the voices of students and contribute to enhancing campus life. I’m currently in my second year of the Computer Systems Technology – Information Systems Engineering program, and I’m passionate about using technology and collaboration to make a positive impact in our community. In this role, I want to promote SU activities, speak out for the needs of students, and contribute to making Sheridan a welcoming and stimulating place for everybody. I'm dedicated to ensuring that students feel heard, encouraged, and empowered throughout their college adventure, whether that means taking part in events, getting student input, or helping make strategic decisions.”

What is your goal as a member of the Board this year?

“As a Board of Director at the Sheridan Student Union, my goal is to advocate for student voices and contribute to creating a more engaging and supportive campus experience. I’m excited to collaborate with a passionate team to plan meaningful events, gather student feedback, and bring forward new ideas. I'm also committed to promoting financial aid awareness and helping students access the resources they need to succeed both academically and personally.”

Tell us a fun fact about you:

“I once spent an entire weekend building a coding project just because I had a random idea—and it actually ended up in my portfolio!”

As a new Board Member, what are your expectations of this role?

“I’m excited to learn more about leadership, collaboration, and how decisions are made to support the student body. I hope to gain a deeper understanding of how the SU operates and how I can contribute meaningfully to its initiatives.”
