“Hi! I’m Cheshta Khurana, a board member at SSU and a student in Advertising and Marketing Communications. I’m excited to represent students, bring new ideas, and help make campus life even better. Sheridan’s creative and welcoming environment is what I love most, and I’m proud to be part of it!.”

What is your goal as a member of the Board this year?

“My goal as a board member this year is to listen to students, represent their voices, and help create a more engaging, inclusive, and supportive campus experience. I want to make sure every student feels heard, connected, and proud to be part of Sheridan.”

Tell us a fun fact about you:

“A fun fact about me is that I’m a shopaholic! I’m also passionate about creativity and enjoy meeting new people while learning new skills. The work I do truly inspires me and keeps me motivated, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally.”

As a new Board Member, what are your expectations of this role?

“As a new board member, my expectation is to contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for all Sheridan students. I hope to learn more about student leadership, gain valuable experience in decision-making, and understand the broader impact of student organizations. I aim to make a difference by representing students voices, supporting new initiatives, and helping to shape a campus that fosters creativity, growth, and community.”
