From January 5, 2026, to Friday, January 23, 2026, you have the chance to customize your SSU Health and Dental plan to fit your lifestyle. Don't miss the chance to get your health and dental needs covered. Exclusively for students who start in the Winter semester.
3 Things To Know About SSU’s Health and Dental Plan:
All domestic Sheridan students (excluding Continuing Education) are automatically enrolled in the Sheridan Student Union's Health and Dental Plan.
The Change of Coverage period is the only time of the year when Sheridan students can make changes to their Health and Dental Insurance.

What Can I Do During The Change of Coverage Period?
Don’t forget, if you are a student who starts during the Winter semester, the Change of Coverage period is the ONLY time of the year when Sheridan students can make changes to their Health and Dental Insurance. Here are the changes you can make:
Add a spouse, dependent, or common-law partner to your plan
Or opt out of your plan (if you already have coverage) and receive a full refund.
