Hi, I'm Bre! I'm a multidisciplinary designer, and I love to make things! Outside of work and school, you can probably find me in my little world of music: collecting CDs, going to concerts, making playlists, and playing on my guitar.

Q: Tell us about you and your role within the SSU
This role as a Junior Designer with the SSU helps me pursue my dreams of working in the creative industry! Sheridan and the SSU have been a great space for other creatives like me to explore our work, and I love the support they give their students through positions like this. I'm looking forward to working on fun campaigns with the SSU!
Q: What are some of your goals for your role this year?
I want my designs to feel exciting and reflect the energy of Sheridan's student body. As Canada's Creative Campus, I'd love my work to connect with my peers and stay memorable beyond the campaigns it promotes.
Q: What program are you in? And why did you choose this program at Sheridan?
I'm entering my senior year in Honours Bachelor of Interaction Design (IXD). I chose IXD because I wanted to find an intersection between my creative passions and my desire to problem-solve. Being an IXD student has given me so many opportunities to meet with creative professionals, explore different ways to apply my knowledge and interests in hands-on projects, and push my ideas to the next level!
Q: What was your first memory of the SSU? How did you discover that the SSU existed for student support?
One of my first memories is discovering the Marquee and Coffee Loft at the Trafalgar Campus. I loved the atmosphere and how it was a cozy space to enjoy campus life with my friends, outside of regular classes, just to enjoy our time together.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
In no particular order:
Tour all the Southeast Asian countries in one long trip
Visit all 17 museums and galleries (plus the zoo) of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.
Amass a large CD library of the discographies of my favourite artists and groups
Q: Which SSU Perk Partner is your personal favourite?
Big fan of the Kinton Ramen discount and free Tokyo fries that I can get in Mississauga
